Please join us for a candid discussion about the benefits and challenges of hiring retired professionals from the for-profit sector to help enhance your agency's ability to attain its goals.

Paula Gavin, President of National Urban Fellows, will deliver the keynote address. Before she was named President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater New  York in 1990, Paula was an executive with AT&T. Her experiences are certain to inspire a lively discussion about the value experienced business professionals can bring to the nonprofit sector.

Other speakers will include:

Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, Commissioner, NYC Department for the Aging

Lois Aronstein, State Director, AARP New York

Nonprofit leaders who have worked with retired professionals (known as "ReServists") to make their organizations more effective, and ReServists who have made the successful transition to the non-profit world.

We look forward to your participation in this frank discussion.

There is no charge for admission but space will be limited.
